My Terms of Use *Please note the OL Refers to OutLines Updates for TOU as of March 29th 2008 Whether you read this or Not you are agreeing to my TOU Well I suppose it's become that time to make up some rules and regulations to my Site First off thank you for taking the time to read this I do appreciate it, as it means to me that you are respectful of the Hard Work that goes into Pixel Creating, be your a Beginner or a Professional Pixeler And are Willing to comply with My Terms or that of any other Pixel Artists out there. So Thank You!!! Ok well here it is.. Members May NOT give out there Username or Password to anyone else if this Happens, Your Account will be suspended until at which time this matter can be settled If I find that you were in Offense to this Your Account will be Terminated and your IP address will be Blocked from my site. **Concerning Yahoo and MSN Groups** my Outlines nor Finished OL's are to be used for Distribution in these Groups, these are free groups and there is No Protection for our Creations there. I've seen myself many Tubed Pixel Creations come threw groups... with Credit going to the person who Tubed them and No Credit to the Original Pixel Artist. I consider these to be Stolen and I Delete the Email with the Attachment as I do not take other peoples hard work and use it to my advantage. If you make a Sigtag for one of your Sigtag Groups in Yahoo or MSN then a Link back for my OL's used in the Sigtag must be present be it a Active Link or just typed onto the tag underneath But None of my Work maybe sent threw As Is. Anyone found in Violation of this rule will Lose there Membership to my site an IP Address will also be BLOCKED!! Anything you see here on my Site was Done by me unless otherwise Stated and appropriate credits will be given to those whose stuff I do use. If you use any of my Stuff be it Outlines, Websets , Sigtags etc... Then I Appreciate and Require a Link back to my Main Pixel page Aneko's Pixelmania Sometimes I miss the odd Pixel in my older Outlines, just add a pixel to close it off, you are allowed to Change a few pixels here and there or arm or leg pose differently but you are not allowed to turn around and claim it as yours just cause you changed a few pixels around. Thou I am willing to Give you any credits used in a change in the OL with original OL credit going to me Once you have colored one of my Outlines you may make your own Tubesets, Sigtags, Websets etc. Tube sets to be sold in your Members Area Must be Colored in, you Must Hold a Tubing License from me! No Exceptions! Tubesets Found in my Members Area, May Not be placed in your Members Area As Is, Unless Stipulated that it is a As Is Tubeset too do so. I have a PC Crafters Hugwares Membership and License and I will be using there stuff for making Pixel Outlines I Draw my own Outlines for my Anime fanart I will also use DVD Video's, Coloring Books, Graphics, Pictures, Clip-Art and Television for references & inspiration in making Drawings and OL's so if you see a OL that you think is yours please remember that... Your not the only one who can make outlines of the same pictures too as well as any other similarities in Outlines is purely coincidental If you are persistent in Proof it's mine I do have Pictures of all my References Used Thou I may use References for my Outlines I in no way claim Copyrights to the Original Artists works I only claim copyright to the pixel outline I have drawn Unless I have drawn it myself in which case Copyright will be applied by me if for some reason you don't want your work or tags posted on my site feel to contact me and I will remove it Immediately **Updates for March 29th 2008** TubesetsYou can sell the creations you make from my tubes but you must add something to it. You may not resell my tubesets as is. You can not share the tubeset from my Members Area as is With anyone or body else Please Show a Link for the Tubes used somewhere on your site. These same rules apply to my Membership Tubesets I've created from other Pixel Memberships per they're TOU's Doll and Outline TubesetsYou may color these packs and sell your completed dolls. You need to create a finished doll before you tube them or offer them in your membership sites. You may tube your finished products but not in their origional form. The pack comes complete as a sheet with all images included, in .png format. Always provide a link back to this site. Do not clain them as your own creations. Some of these packs will be available in my Members Area others will be for Purchase only. You can not share your Doll Sets from my Members Area with any body else. You May Make More Clothing for the Sets if you wish, that Credit will be yours for original Clothing. I still hold the Original Credit for the Doll.
Line art is to be colored before selling.
You may make minor alterations but I still retain the copyright. All line art packs are in png. format. Do not make tubesets from the Lineart. Do not claim them as your own creations. You can sell the creations that you make with the line art. Always link back to my site. You can not share your lineart from My Members Area with any body else. You may make your own Clothing Outlines for the Dolls, those are the only Credits you can Have, but you may not claim Credit for my Original Outlines. Sigtags You MUST provide a Link back to Aneko's Pixelmania, APM or http://anekospixelmania.com may be used for Link Purposes Anywhere my Tags are used there Must be a Link back to my site. You May NOT Alter the Tags or Change the names in anyway Nor may you Pass on the Tags to someone else with the same name as you, and claim them as your own creations. You May Request for a Friend as long as they are given as gifts (for Free), not sold, and provide a link back to my site.. As Is Outlines For My Own As Is Outlines
you Must Hold a As Is License for the Set, and Have it Displayed on your Site or the Page that you are Displaying them on. These Sets can be Linked back too your site, as Long as there is a Link for the As Is License linking to Mine. These can be offered to your Members but they Must Color them in and can not Redistribute them in they're Members Area As Is. They must be finished Tubesets For Purchased As Is Outlines from other Sites I can offer these to you As Is per my As Is License that I Received with the Purchase of Outlines depending on the sellers TOU. These may NOT be Tubed As Is! My Members MUST color them in before selling them as a Tubeset, Sigtags or Websets. The biggest compliance that you MUST follow !!! YOU cannot put any of the RAW lines on YOUR sites They must be colored. You are allowed to do sheets of tubes or tubes that members can use inside Your members area. The sheets of tubes, you can sell outside of the member area, like at auctions or off your site in a Tubes Shop, But Only if you Hold a Tubing License to Aneko's Pixelmania.
